Had you been sick frequently? People can say anything they want on masks , but prior to COVID i got sick a couple times a year. But With a mask on during Covid..never sick for 3 years straight. I wore it every time in an indoor space. (I got COVID once when unmasked near my mom who thought she just had a cold. ) Luckily it wasn't too bad overall. But I have had good experience With masks.

@Coralmist the last few months since September have been rough on my health, I've set months-long goals of not being sick since getting healthy
masks are good. They're helpful with airborne bacteria brought by viruses and the surroundings. Probably annoying but helpful
