Overcome with dizziness whilst driving home yesterday after work

I pulled off the road lest I fainted.
Extreme light headedness and nausea.
Symptoms eased slightly, enough for me to drive the further 2km to home.
WebMD noted it could be low blood pressure, vertigo, inner ear infection...
Awoke this morning feeling okay.

Sounds like intensely low blood sugar...OR a diabetic attack.
Nimbus · M
Simply feeling hungry can bring this on and also anxiety about something.
Gusman · 61-69, M
@Nimbus I had not had anything to eat for at least 22 hours.

@Gusman There ya go, gotta eat man :)
Gusman · 61-69, M
@Nimbus I forgot to take my lunch to work. 🫤

Had something similar happen once a long time ago. Yet for you it's likely the lack of food issue for 22 hours.
Teslin · M
Please get it checked out to be sure it isn't something serious !!
Gusman · 61-69, M
@Teslin Fine toady. If it happens again I will get myself checked over.

Hypoglycaemia could cause that..u haven’t had lunch, so connected.

@MrBrownstone Hi possibility. Hot day at work. I never drink enough water. Urine was very dark.

@Gusman He's right. Dehydration. No doubt

I heard having vertigo is awful
Gusman · 61-69, M
@Hanginginthere Can not imagine being light headed constantly. This one bout was very disconcerting and could have been very dangerous if I was on the freeway driving at 100 kmh
