Murder is already clearly defined. Therefore if u know having your child will result in neglect or lack of provisions. Which is worse willingly bringing a new life into suffering potentially an illegal level of. Or have an abortion. If u are going to jail should u have the prove the kid was old enough to experience the suffering before making a decision. Much bigger problems in the world
