What are the best treatments to get rid plantar faciitis?

Could someone help please? My feet have been pain since June 2023.

I have it too.

I use the Dr. Scholls shoe inserts for Plantar Fasciitis and they have helped some.

I notice that they feel better the longer I can stay off my feet, but I know that's not possible for everyone.

@MsSwan do an ice bath each day
take ice, put it in a bucket. add water. submerge your foot in it for twenty minutes.

each day until it gets better

@MsSwan I feel pain when I walk to much. I am not working anymore in the warehouse where I have to stand and walk 8 hours a day Monday to Friday in the warehouse. But the physiotherapy said I can come back to work in labour industry. It is a very tight competition to get an office job even a call center.
