I Need Some Health/Fitness Advice

How do I shred fat fast? I came into college at 165lbs 5'8" and fit, now I'm 188, 5'9" and lazy with a belly growing in. I do like to run and lift but I don't know how to swim and I want to do better in life. Any advice?

The freshman 15. Plus a little bit. It’s mostly eating. You can’t exercise your way out of a bad diet. Try longer periods of no food. Aim for 16 hours. Running is the easiest exercise. One foot in front of the other. It burns about 80 calories per km for someone your size.

Maybe just do everything....do something.....when I had a terrible run or awful workout, I'd say to myself...."Self, (I'd say) at least you didn't eat a cheesesteak.

Cut back eating and drinking unhealthy stuff and increase activity it’s not that hard to figure out where you need to do better
proper diet and lots of movement

if you work out, you have to do a lot of low-weight sets
