Are you a morning or night person what you do when you wake up or before sleep

Night person. I wake up to make tea for me and wife. Before sleep, i browse SW, FB, etc post something for all to react before lights out

I’m not a morning person or a night person. I love to go to bed early and wake up mid morning. I’m an early afternoon, maybe 11am to 2:30pm person. Everything before and after that feels like me-time.

I'm a morning person and a night person but I am not an afternoon person. I get real tired and grouchy in the afternoon and just want to sleep.
