@Crazywaterspring In this case no lawyers were involved.
All done by the book through QBE Insurance.
Set rates apply, depending on incapacitation. My ankle lateral movement was reduced by 15%.
Thus I received 15% of the maximum amount of $160,000.
Less tax.
