Do you feel defeated at doctors when...

You were to lose some weight but only lost a few pounds? I feel so low. I dont know what they will say.

Congrats on losing any weight. My docs gave me some meds that caise weight gain, caused me to gain 17 pounds in less than 6 days. It has taken me 4 months so far to lose 15 pounds of it back. Most Diabetic meds cause you to gain weight. Defeating the purpose. Anyway, be proud that even if its just a couple of pounds, its a start
