Do you feel defeated at doctors when...

You were to lose some weight but only lost a few pounds? I feel so low. I dont know what they will say.

i am going through this right now. My doctor never told me to lose weight but i went on a doctor monitored weight loss. i only wanted to lose one dress size. this almost killed me.
