If you lost any weight, then it's a positive step towards your goal.
I weighed 217 lb. at the beginning of last year, and my doctor said that I should lose some weight. I just had an appointment, and weighed 204 lb. (I've taken over a year to lose 13 lb., but at least I lost some weight). I feel better knowing that I haven't gained weight or stayed at the same weight. Progress, even in small increments, is still progress. ❤️
