No need to go to a doctor for anything really.
They will just say, "Exercise, lose weight, stop smoking, you have type 2 diabetes and covid-19"
AND they will ask the usual list of questions about your family medical history.
Then they will give you a prescription for neproxen. All THAT is is Aleve.
And they get paid six figures a year by doing this with every patient.
You can bypass all that and save a couple hundred dollars and a couple hours by just reading this message and then going to Walmart for some Aleve after.

@CestManan @CestManan Ikr, I feel like its just constant looking for what Im doing wrong. And thats why my blood pressure is always high. Then it does come down when Im relaxed, but they have to do it and not tell me they are doing it..or I get nervous all over again. My sister has type 1, and she says THAT is the number for the start of type 2???? No way. !!!! She feels the guideline is not accurate. So yeah it seems like a lot of fear at offices...My doctor is really good and kind, but I do fear Ill get a talk on that a few pounds wasnt enough to lose. I just have to resolve to lose a few more over time..but Im TIRED of being nervous...
