Do you feel defeated at doctors when...

You were to lose some weight but only lost a few pounds? I feel so low. I dont know what they will say.

If they say something I'd ask them how much they lost since last time. Well not really but I'd think it. Also if they are mean about I'd just find someone else. It's not like you are carrying a disease after all that they can catch so it's really none of their business.

@canusernamebemyusername Thank you...they are never rude, but I still fear what they may say. And I know I needed to lose a few even two years ago, so feel they will look down on me.
