Call For Old Covid Zealots

Whats your opinion now? Still wanting the covid injection mandated? Still think lockdowns work? Still think masks stop virus particles? Still thinking all restrictions were neccessary?

Or do have you any questions at this point?

what i get a kick out of is all the people who wanted forced vaccinations that referred to themselves as Anti-fascists. 🙄

@YourMomsSecretCrush Nobody's in favor of forced vaccinations. You're free to choose, but there are consequences.

Why do you guys treat this like it's unprecedented or somehow an affront to our sacred, immutable constitution? Kids have had vaccine mandates for public school for more than 50 years. Military, too. Even some border crossings. Get over it,
@Graylight i was vaccinated twice, due to my job, i didnt really want to get stuck, but, then, i am all in favor of my family continuing to eat. Sacrifices.
Graylight · 51-55, F
@YourMomsSecretCrush Yup. But no mandate. Get vaccinated to find other work - your choice. Compromise.

@YourMomsSecretCrush I just love the reply to this one.... and it got called a compromise!
I see no compromise when a person feels "forced" into doing something to keep a necessity of life.
@SW-User yeah, i didnt want to get it. but, i make pretty good doin what i do, and i make my own schedule. sacrificed and took it for my kids. kinda like i sacrificed working two jobs for so many years. the same way my dad sacrificed working 70 hrs a week for me and my brother. the things we do for our kids. i already told em they gotta take care of me when i get old, whether they want to or not. LOL

@Graylight vaccination does not work !

@YourMomsSecretCrush Sounds fair enough to have "retirement" plans. lol

I remember a rental agreement coming due on a house and they changed some of the agreement. With children and nowhere else to go in 30 days, I signed it but felt it was under duress, even if they didn't. It wasn't a compromise.
@SW-User technically, i am retired....... but, with two kids under 18, i gotta supplement that income. so, now, i am a contractor. i still consider myself blessed in spite of some drawbacks. looking at some problems others have on here, i am definitely blessed, could be much much worse.
SW-User
@YourMomsSecretCrush agreed. It's why I count my blessings and not dwell on what I don't have. :)
Off and running now.

@Graylight I think society uses the word "choice" a little too loosely when you have to "choose" between a rock and a hard place.
Graylight · 51-55, F
@CestManan Still a choice. No one said you had to like 'em.
CestManan · 46-50, F
@Graylight Well, it is obvious you are happy about all this. Don't worry, sooner or later they will remove other rights and call it a "choice". Many of them may not set well with the vaccine lovers. But that is okay cause it will be a "choice", right? Right?
revenant · F
@CestManan ahah take something they like like their starbucks or Tim Hortons and place it 50 miles away , tell them they have the choice to either take the car , bike or hike there 😁
CestManan · 46-50, F
@revenant Suddenly they would not be so snooty about telling people about consequences.
Graylight · 51-55, F
@CestManan @revenant This is the problem your ilk so often has. You can't understand the concept of choice because, words aside, you don't understand it. Everything good that happens in your life is God's doing and everything else is mankind around you.

Yes, SilkenMist. Consequences. Most of us them learn them by age 7, but there's a distinct group that clearly does not. Better late than never, maybe less in the world would be so threatening to you if you got out into the world.
revenant · F
@Graylight nope I thought it was my doing lol

I DID the work 😊
consequences....... like when you break in someones house. you have a choice to do this or not to do this. and when you break in someones house you make a CHOICE to risk your life. and when you got shot, you can blame that shit on a bad CHOICE. lol
Graylight · 51-55, F
@YourMomsSecretCrush True, but the choice also rests on the self-absorbed homeowner who values a TV worth $150 on the open market over a human life.
revenant · F
@Graylight Thou. Shall. Not. Steal.5
@Graylight when you break in my house my family is first priority, they should have stolen that fuckin tv from walmart. thats the CHOICE they made. they made the wrong choice. just like a choice to get or not get a vaccine comes with consequences, breaking into someones house comes with consequences as well.
Graylight · 51-55, F
@revenant Thou shalt not kill. (Exodus 20:30)
Therefore, whatever you want men to do to you, do also to them, for this is the Law and the Prophets. (Matthew 7:12)
It is forbidden to murder, as it says "You shall not murder" (Deuteronomy 5:17).
For out of the heart come evil thoughts, murder, adultery, sexual immorality, theft, false testimony, slander. (Matthew 15:19)

You tell your lord and god that your Playstation was more important than sparing the life of another, 'cause that's a God I don't need to meet.
Graylight · 51-55, F
@YourMomsSecretCrush Well, hoo-ya. And while we're on the subject, sorry for that...physical deficiency you seem to suffer.
revenant · F
@Graylight fairly normal reaction to a BAD action
Graylight · 51-55, F
@revenant This makes me wonder...nah, this is worthy of a separate post.
@Graylight dont break in my house, and then you wont have to deal with the consequences of a bad choice. LOL And whatever God is up above, I'll deal with God when that time comes. and if ya need a TV, go steal one from Costco and dont make a bad choice to break in someones house. choices like that often dont pay off.
