The US is the greatest country and has the best medical care

If I had listened to the bosses at work I might have died and even if I survived I would have had even worse brain damage

If I had listened to the owners of the property I might have died and even if I survived I would have had even worse brain damage

If I had listened to the firefighters I might have died and even if I survived I would have had even worse brain damage

If I had listened to the ER doctor I might have died and even if I survived I would have had even worse brain damage

It was only poison control that saved me

So tell me again why this is so damn “great”?

Where we’re all numbers on a spreadsheet instead of human beings? What’s great about that??

In April of this past year, I was admitted to Desert Regional Hospital in Palm Springs with a DX of Lower GI bleeding, while that was resolved in a matter of a week, I then contracted blood poisoning. (Staph) I could have and should have sued.

While staph is common in hospitals (It's airborne) I must have been re-infected twice since I was "discharged" twice but called back since the lab found residual poisoning around my heart. U almost died.

@MalteseFalconPunch Have you considered a lawsuit. I did this once some years ago. It's a major hassle and it took approx. 7 years, in the end I settled but at least it paid off somewhat.

@MalteseFalconPunch Are you sure? I've worked medical settings for decades, my lawsuit with the hospital remained totally confidential.

@MalteseFalconPunch I would check into this. Emotional damage is serious, often moreso than physical.
