What are your quick ways to de-stress?

It's been a while since I posted here. Still experiencing mild vertigo. Last Thursday I had an elevated blood pressure and moderate to severe vertigo. I have been advice to get proper rest and sleep, eat well and right time, take the prescribed meds and to de-stress myself from work, which I think (and my close friends and family) also suggested.
For many years since I started working here, I can't remember the last time I had a well rest and sleep, do you know that kind of feeling that even you slept for let's say 8 hours or more, you were not well rested, like it is the same and continuous fatigue/tiredness... hayyyssss... hahahaha..
So let's back to my question.... 😊💋

Have you considered the possibility that you may have sleep apnea? It turns out I had it for years and pretty much always felt tired, fatigued and worn down. As soon as my doctor hooked me up with a CPAP machine, I started getting the best sleep I'd had since I was a kid.
Deep breathing.
Take a walk.
Sing loudly to music or acapella.
Dance.
Write.
Garden.
Go to the forest.
Watch a Netflix movie.
Talk loudly about the stress to help banish it alone.
Reach out to someone who cares.
Go outside, sit in the sun, and close my eyes.
take a nap.. think of your brain like a battery . you get low and stress rises . you take a nap and in that time your mind works on the problem even if you dont remember . the effects will be felt.. try it.. i do

You need somthing to take your mind off work like a hobby or sex or somthing anything that changes your thought you are locked in on work

Eply maneuver for your vertigo. I would try to avoid the drugs. Good luck . Meditation to Ashana works for me.

Go outside. Drink water. Swim
I haven't yet performed my quickest way to destress.
