What are your quick ways to de-stress?

It's been a while since I posted here. Still experiencing mild vertigo. Last Thursday I had an elevated blood pressure and moderate to severe vertigo. I have been advice to get proper rest and sleep, eat well and right time, take the prescribed meds and to de-stress myself from work, which I think (and my close friends and family) also suggested.
For many years since I started working here, I can't remember the last time I had a well rest and sleep, do you know that kind of feeling that even you slept for let's say 8 hours or more, you were not well rested, like it is the same and continuous fatigue/tiredness... hayyyssss... hahahaha..
So let's back to my question.... 😊💋

You need somthing to take your mind off work like a hobby or sex or somthing anything that changes your thought you are locked in on work
