Pressing too hard at temple

My chiropractor is good, and they have been slowly realigning my jaw. Today, they went to press on my temple (they have only done it couple other times). But it felt too hard, it began to hurt...it has hurt a bit before when they pressed On it but last time they only did it a few seconds. This was longer, so i had to say, despite being shy, ohh that kinda hurts and is tender. And they said , yes..and they stopped a couple seconds after. I read online damage can be done to head with brain bleed if the artery under temple is hit hard, but would it be injured from pressing too hard? Last couple times they pressed a bit hard but stopped sooner...idk I overthink a lot but made me little nervous.

I generally apply a lot of pressure to the temple region of my head for extended periods of time during a neuralgia flare up.

As yet, I haven't managed to damage any of the nerves or arteries in that area of my face yet.

What might be important for you to remember is that these people are trained professionals - and it's more than their job is worth to leave you with this sort of injury.

They will know exactly where to avoid applying pressure if they wish to avoid this type of injury to you.
