Is catching CV19 Really the best form of immunisation?

Can you get CV19 twice?

if you knew that your illness wouldn't be severe, you wouldn't infect anyone else, there would be no long-term effects on your body, then, the natural illness would probably be the best primer for immunity. the antibody levels will still drop, and it would be good to still get a booster, but none of that is predictable, regardless of your physical state. So, it is best to avoid becoming infected!.
