Is catching CV19 Really the best form of immunisation?

Can you get CV19 twice?
BlueVeins · 22-25
idk if you can get it twice, but you can sure as hell lose your olfactory senses for weeks on end. That happened to my friend who was 22 at the time and she was absolutely miserable; any oily food would taste putrid to her.

Yes you can get it more than once. It can also leave you with long-lasting symptoms and problems which mean you'd have a pre-existing condition and weakness were you to get covid again

No. The risk of lasting harm is much higher with catching the disease than being vaccinated against it.
There's so much up in the air about it at this point, I don't know that anyone really knows. I would think, if the variant were that different from what you already had, it would be possible to get it again.

@PhoenixPhail the hospital were full of unvaccinated people. About 95percent of the people in the hospital causing the overcrowding in the hospital's were unvaccinated and not vaccinated people.
@fddlpej The reports go both ways. It all depends on your news sources. Frankly, I don't trust any of them.

@PhoenixPhail well the south took harder than the other states who were vaccinated this time so that tells me something

if you knew that your illness wouldn't be severe, you wouldn't infect anyone else, there would be no long-term effects on your body, then, the natural illness would probably be the best primer for immunity. the antibody levels will still drop, and it would be good to still get a booster, but none of that is predictable, regardless of your physical state. So, it is best to avoid becoming infected!.

I know someone who just got it for the 2nd time, so it appears so.

Not if it kills you or leaves you with life-long health problems, no. Nor if you don't have insurance, get hospitalized, and go bankrupt.
