45 hours after my work place accident

7am, laying in bed with foot elevated, another very slow day doing nothing.
Painful to hobble on crutches, teetering regularly on falling over.
Need to get up several times. Breakfast - Ablutions - Aspros.....

Slows things down, having to get up using crutches, being so careful, in pain,
We do not appreciate our health enough, until we lose it.
