What if I get called in for work tomorrow while I wait for the Covid 19 test results? What do I say?

I don’t wanna risk anyone getting harmed because I might have it. I don’t want to be selfish and I’m not a selfish person.

I am feeling a lot better than the last couple of days. I did tell my boss that I took the test on Friday and I get my Covid 19 test results from 2-5 days but on the paper I was told I would have to self quarantine until I get the results. I did that for three days. If I feel better tomorrow, should I go to work while I wait for my results. My dad said I should stay home but call my boss tomorrow morning but take care of myself be I would be putting everyone at risk. I work at a pet store.

Tell them you are still awaiting results and that you're still feeling poorly.

@LadyBronte I can’t tell him that if I’m feeling better. Unless if I do the next day. But if I am waiting for the results then it is the right thing to stay home.

@LaylaTheTallGirl No. If you are still feeling sick at all...and it is COVID...they say you are still contagious. Wait for the test results.
