As far as looks is concerned, shoulder length or just a little above shoulder have the feminine look.

Too short just give masculine vibe.

It can be attractive for some face shapes..why not try a wig or there are ,I believe sites that super impose a hairdo on your face

I like long hair but some people look cute with short or no hair .. short hair is easier to deal with.. long hair is a hassle

For me If you imagine a silhouette I think it compliments the female figure and face. It adds contrast like a frame.
