What are your thoughts on short hair on women?

I don't actually care, I'll wear my hair the way I like just curious. I am still trying to decide what I like and I am still deciding between keeping it a pixie or pushing through this awkward partial bob phase.

As far as looks is concerned, shoulder length or just a little above shoulder have the feminine look.

Too short just give masculine vibe.
