What's a daily habit you do that you feel helps you?

I walk 15 mins a day and I stretch as well.

Exercise. If I don't get up and move, my body is so much angrier at me than it would have been otherwise.

brush my teeth
I have a green smoothie every morning, full of spinach, celery, banana, coconut water etc. I feel it keeps me energised, radiant, my skin soft, and just full of vitality.

Always try to get some exercise, even if just a brisk walk if no time for the gym.
When Im working, having 10 minutes yo myself when I get home just to decompress.
