Something to do with bed / pillows ?

I've always had a bedtime routine.I like to brush my teeth and have a short shower before slipping into clean PJ's and cotton shirts , pleating my hair , applying night lotion on my face and hands and then pulling off the blinds and sleeping.
It's always been like that with a few variations
