Discipline, physical pain heals a lot quicker
cyberdude28 · 31-35, M
Virtually no one that I know of likes regret. In my experience, discipline can be uncomfortable but not always. Right now I think and feel that discipline is the better option because it does provide the freedom to chose.
Without discipline one doesn't have the option to chose because one is more easily subjected to undisciplined behavior.

Sometimes the pain of discipline is the pain of regret.

Take everything as a learning experience and you need not to feel regret.

@Starcrossed Regret is something that I do not want to continue to live with. However; realistically it will most probably pop up from time to time in my life. I want to live in a way so as to reduce it's negative impact on my well being as much as possible.

I can handle the pain of consequences better than the pain of discipline sometimes. I avoid regrets.

Discipline. Might be painful from the beginning but it’s worth it.
