The pain of discipline or the pain of regret

Discipline, physical pain heals a lot quicker

Virtually no one that I know of likes regret. In my experience, discipline can be uncomfortable but not always. Right now I think and feel that discipline is the better option because it does provide the freedom to chose.

Without discipline one doesn't have the option to chose because one is more easily subjected to undisciplined behavior.

Sometimes the pain of discipline is the pain of regret.

Take everything as a learning experience and you need not to feel regret.

I can handle the pain of consequences better than the pain of discipline sometimes. I avoid regrets.

Discipline. Might be painful from the beginning but it’s worth it.
