Do you think gym coach is reaping money out of me?

So I started going to this gym nearby me. I initially got a discount of around 15 percentage. So I had struggle to continue but now I am going regularly. But since December. I was approached for diet plan. So I paid for diet plan then whey protein then fat burner (I have belly but I am not fat) then again next month's whey protein and creatine. My subscription ends in Feb last week. However I got approach for a customized workout out plan. It's half of the 6 months gym subscribtion. The Personal training is twice of that. But it's like I have already spent 2 of my gym membership. Honestly it's totally on my diet which I fail to follow and that's why I haven't made any progress. But do you think I should take that customized plan?

I know this is late but you shouldn't take any plan if you haven't followed through with the stuff you already paid for. I've fallen into this pattern to. Do everything on your own and if you can be consistent with the goals and behavior you've already set for yourself then you can put some money on yourself to hopefully see better improvement.

Just running, push-ups, pullups, sit-ups every day for two weeks will get you in better shape than going to the gym and just fumbling around for an hour or two. Don't put money into anything you don't already have a habit or routine for because you are just putting money in their pockets. The trainer gets paid whether you do or don't show up to do the work.

@Lostpoet I pay 10.00 a month to go to a good gym EOS. I think you need even more
will power to work out at home. Many times I do not feel like working out, but I put on my
gym clothes and just GO! Once I walk in I feel the energy and have a good workout.
I am always happy that I went. I bring my workout clothes to work, and change before I
leave, then go straight to the gym. Going home first makes it too easy to stay home.

@DogMan That's a good way to do it

Get a book on health and fitness, you don't need to pay anyone. I learned
everything I could years ago. Now at 63 I'm fit and work out everyday.
Sometimes at home, but mostly the gym, just for the energy it gives me.

Gotta go, see you tomorrow.
@DogMan I never did any drugs and i don't smoke at all. The only thing is do is alcohol. I love beer. But i have been drinking alot it's like half bottle of whiskey or vodka and i haven't been eating with it. So it's totally like wasting myself since i have to reach home after that. I started working out and other good things last year. But I lost my motivation and idk what to do 😞

@littlepuppywantanewlife Just pick a good time everyday to go to the gym, and get ready
and go. Never think about going, just change your clothes and go. Never have I done that
and said, "I wish I wouldn't have gone" then go home and have a healthy meal.

I go to the gym in the afternoon, have 2 beers when I get home while I'm doing chores,
then eat dinner, watch TV and go to bed early. I love getting up early and drink coffee
while watching the news, before going to work. It's mind over matter.
@DogMan Sir you are absolutely correct. Also I quit going to gym because they were asking too much. But as you said it's all about get ready to go situation. I agree with you. There are few things I don't really post on comments but will write you inbox. 🙂

The diet plan is a farce

No. It’s wasting your money. Pay for the gym, but not the diet plan. You don’t stick to it, so why pay for it.
@Carissimi I had paid for diet plan previously. But now he is asking for a customized workout plans.

It’s up to you, but if you can’t stick to their diet plan, then either do your own eating plan. @littlepuppywantanewlife
You can do your own research and google a diet plan. Pick one that you can work with.
@Spoiledbrat Yes. Sticking with the diet is most important.
