Does anyone else struggle with working out?

So, I recently started going to the gym. I'm overweight and I'm trying to change that. I noticed that every time I workout one of the following two things might happen.

1. I get horrible after workout fatigue. Even when I do eat a healthy breakfast I still feel terrible after working out and I want to eat a mountain of food. I also feel shaky like I'm going to past out. I feel dizzy when I get off the machines sometimes.
2. I can't workout because of the painful unbearable workout sensations.

Right now I feel so weak i can't move my limbs. I don't know what to do, I feel like I'm going to throw up...

I'd talk to a doctor about those symptoms if I were you. Have you been checked for diabetes or cardiac issues? It's better to be safe than sorry.

But don't give up on working out, whatever you do. You may have to change what you are doing, but exercise is important.
do light weight and lots of reps to build up your breathing and stamina . it hurts at first and gets better after a few weeks. do not do heavy weights. i lift a ton and half. and that sounds like a lot but it is not. its 30lbs and 100 reps. takes about 2 min to do it. and i do it several times a day. i started out at 50 reps and at 30 lbs that is 1500 lbs . so start small and let your body work up. good luck and the next thing i want to learn it tai chi that would teach me balance.
Tai chi is a series of gentle physical exercises and stretches. Each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion. Tai chi is sometimes described as meditation in motion because it promotes serenity through gentle movements

I work out by swimming. Kayaking. Biking, hiking. Rock climbing and Tai Kwon doo.. Gyms are not my style
