Why belly is the easiest part to get fat? I skipped workout for two days and I looked like pregnant.

Hmmph.. I need more extreme workout next time.

Everyone's bodies store fat differently. For me I can mostly on my stomach, butt and thighs.

Be aware that exercise isn't the only factor, diet is important too. Like I'm trying to lose weight and it's 30% exercise and 70% diet.
