5 days a week. Chest Monday 1 1/2 hours Biceps and abs Tuesday Legs Wednesday Shoulders Thursday 1 1/2 hours Friday off Saturday back and triceps. 2 hours Sunday off
I don’t, I walk. My daughter got a peloton and I’m thinking of getting one too and taking classes with her. I’m not sure if I’ll go through with that or not though.
Yeah, they get too crazy. My daughter was using the squat rack and doing leg day the day she went into labor. That’s why I don’t know if I spend that kind of money if I get all discouraged by her.@SweetMae
I'd like to work out again, but gyms were closed circa severe covid. We're doing better, but I am still kinda scared to go to a gym and possibly get infected.
