Just started working out last month. Already feeling a difference, not quite seeing it yet! I'm excited to see myself in 4 more months!

you can use creatine monohydrate punch mix to get more muscle gains with weightlifting. go shirtless out and about when it warms up. and wear tight tank tops at school and in the mall and movies and stuff to encourage yourself to keep at the lifting.
