you can use creatine monohydrate punch mix to get more muscle gains with weightlifting. go shirtless out and about when it warms up. and wear tight tank tops at school and in the mall and movies and stuff to encourage yourself to keep at the lifting.

I just started like 2 weeks ago, don't go to often though, I use to like a year ago till I injured my shoulder. Also make sure to eat properly, and get enough rest to ensure the best results
You should cut down on the sugar. Too much sugar ain't good for ya Ryusaki !! 😝

I'm doing lots of squats, deadlifts, bench-presses. General weightlifting and a little bit of cardio.
