I Love to Workout

Finally invested in a pair of lifting gloves and I must say it is worth it. My form has remarkably improved all around since I no longer have a bar digging into my bare hands.

My current strength level based on the three staple compound lifts:

Benchpress 235 lbs 5 sets of 5 reps

Squats 245 lbs 5 sets of 5 reps

Deadlifts 275 lbs 5 sets of 5 reps

I have yet to max out on any of these because I lack a workout partner. I'm getting into the realm where maxing on my own will be very dangerous.

You must be getting very impressive results.

@LamontCranston I like to think so but I'm stronger than I am swole tbh. Like you can tell I'm muscular but I'm not over here looking like Thor or anything.
"swole" is not a word i know. Appearance is important but isn't functional strength what one should be after?

@LamontCranston of course but I'm not gonna lie I do want to look strong as fuck. Of course I'd rather be much stronger than I look but I still want some looks out of the deal ya know?
Well, certainly. We all want to look as good as possible. (Some just don't want to make the effort.)
i've now looked up the meaning of "swole".
