I always feel good after doing my workout, I always considered working out as a medicine. Something I don't like, but needed. I'm down 18 kgs so far and still have 4 more kgs until I reach my goal weight!
@YuukiKen interesting I usually run and do body weight workouts I was thinking about getting free weights but I think I might get one of those weighted vests
@TacoCat free weights is good to hit more muscle group. Body weight is no longer enough for me, at least that's how I feel. I do still love to do HIIT with only body weight whenever I'm pressed for time or the gym is crowded
