I Love to Workout and Be Fit

Pretty excited that I am able to do achieve personal bests at my age. Hard work pays off if you commit to it. Overall stronger than any other time in my life and cardio is not bad. Need to focus on that over Christmas season.

I won’t stop. It is definitely a way of life. I see people my age that look old. I don’t think I look old.
