I Stay Active and Workout

I believe the best way to release stress , anger and frustations is to workout. Release all the negative energy,sadness and anger working out in result you will feel better, lighter and have a great body.

I am done working out for the day and feel so much better.

So true. And...it’s also true that my cat tries to interrupt my workouts also.
