I Love the Feeling After a Workout

I have always treasured how I feel after a good workout, enlivened, and it is part of the task I set myself with each client I help, finding that feeling of enlivenment, elation, even ecstasy, after a workout wherein they have felt the benefit of the exercise they are doing, that the end result of all that they are doing will be better health, and a more able extension of their lives.

A byproduct of our working out is seeing it's not something selfish and counter family culture that they do, but that it is actually an act of love for their family that they are caring for themselves too.

Yes, many of my clients are mothers, middle aged women, maybe, who greatly benefit physically and psychologically from the exercise regimens I develop for them. So many women get caught in the doldrums of family life and their sense of worth begins to subside and they feel worthless, and even selfish, to consider themselves at all, and they can burnout and put their relationships under a great deal of strain.
