Advise to people who want muscles. From someone who has been fit all his life

I first had 6 packs when I was in middle school. I have had it on and off. The biggest masterstroke is breath work. It allows the body to build muscles really fast. Cultures around the world have their practices. Follow which over you life. Just oxygenate the body.

Personally, I don't eat meat or dairy. I think animal products have hormones, which mess up body chemically. Perhaps, animals are programed to be tender, which may the eater tender. We never know what they are mixing or what they are injected into dairy cows.
