Creatine is a good supplement if you take it under the guidelines. It's safe unless people go nuts with it and then it can damage kidneys. But under the recommended dosage, which includes drinking extra water, it's perfectly safe and will jack you up a bit if you're working out.

I have been using Creatine for a while. It filled out the muscles, made me gain almost 10lbs.
I take 5grams in the morning, and 5 grams before the gym.

I did years ago. I increased the amount I could bench press by about 20%....so what, right? LOL
