It helps with the amount of reps you can without exhaustion like if you can only did six reps of a certain weight with creatine you'll probably do eight reps which in the long run makes you add muscle a lot quicker than you normally would. It also makes me feel stronger and more motivated to lift. And since you don't eat any animal products your body needs creatine from other sources.
But the negative is that it draws water into your bones so you feel and look a little more bloated you know those gym bros type of guys that kind of look. If you want a leaner look then stick with Bcaa's and plant protein.

@Lostpoet I see. I did bought a pack of creatine mango flavoured. I will try to one. Also instead of 3g I took 10g I thought spoon size was 3gms. 🤣. I will again start working out on Monday. Will continue till I finish this pack

No... and dont waste your money on supplements, eating well is all you need and letting your natural testosterone do its job

I don’t but unless you have any kidney issue directly or in your family it’s safe. 5g a day is all you need

It helps with strength and athletic performance. It's one of the few supplements that aren't nonsense. Just drink a lot of water, as it can dehydrate you if you're creatine loading.
