Is treadmill walking as good as outdoor walking?

It might be as good physically but it isn't nearly as nice as walking outside. I love walking on a rail trail near here and I'm eager to be able to do that again.

@SW-User Oh yeah for sure I agree... but the physical part is probably the same.
