You can only lead, help, teach and preach by being an example. That's what I know for sure. Take good care of yourself, and be your own work of art. That's the best way to show gratitude.

You can be in the best of health, wealth, beauty, whatever. But if you are not able to show gratitude, it's a curse, truly. No matter what you own.
