Dreams, much?

I think I've figured out the answer to why some place or state that we want to be in is called a Dream.

In a nutshell... You know how when we sleep in an impure state (without reading dua and seeking protection from Allah), then you're taken to weird places and have nightmares and dreams that you don't feel good about and feel sweaty and your soul is restless?

But then, when you work hard during the day. Usually, physically. Or have a long, tiring day spent at work and get back home and crash on the sofa and you have deep, amazing sleep?

I think that's the same concept, in the long run (towards a Goal/Dream that you have), and in the alternation between Day and Night. Allah said in the Qur'an that day is for work and active, and night is for sleep. So, if you work hard during the day and keep yourself busy with anything that keeps your mind active and heart beating, you lead your soul to a beautiful safe place when you fall asleep.

And when you wake up again the next morning, before dawn, and start your day with putting your head on the ground and saying thanks. Trust me, you have nothing to worry about.

Experienced both. At intense levels. Just saying.
