I hope they are not doing any unauthorized experiments.
In chemistry I learned magnesium burns bright and white. So I burned some without permission one day in class. Of course I could not hide it due to the flash, LOL! The teacher was not happy.

@Domking
I had already seen it demonstrated, abd did it myself before, as part of sanctioned instruction. So I knew what would happen to the tiny piece in my tongs.

@JoyfulSilence One of my most memorable lessons was watching our chemistry teacher deconstruct fireworks and show which chemicals produced which spectacular reactions.
She's due to do the experiment in class tomorrow. I will look out for any smoke 🔥

Your dance club sounds soooooo awesome! 😌😌😌 Though the embarrassing part of me is I'm like a big kid deep down but I LOVE dancing especially dances that involve gymnastics! 🙃🙃🙃 I been to Disneyland California! 💙💙💙 But I just got home so I'll write more tomorrow and I missed you sooooooooooooo much! 💖💖💖

@SunshineGirl Sounds very complicated. How do they do that?
SunshineGirl · 36-40, F
@justanothername From memory, you set fire to the foodstuff and measure how much heat (ie.calorific energy) it emits.
Domking · 61-69, M
@SunshineGirl that is the Bomb calorimeter
