I asked my teenager how her school day went . .

* Stepped in a puddle and got wet socks
* Forgot French homework had to be handed in and spent 5 mins frantically completing it
* Got told off for running in the corridor
* Got told off for shouting in the corridor 🤦‍♀️
* Shared packed lunch with a friend who had left hers at home 👍
* Cross country cancelled owing to heavy rain
* Couldn't find indoor trainers so had cold feet during replacement indoor activity
* Got bare feet trodden on by clumsy partner who was wearing trainers
* Maths assignment to be completed over the weekend

😟🌨️😭

So I asked (with some trepidation) . . marks out of 10 for your day?

7.5

7.5 . . that's 75% 😊 A good first class degree if you were studying at university 😀

Quite a good day after all 🤗

@jenniferthompson Many kids do it, I'm sure, but my girl has the loudest voice and is usually the one to be called out 🤦‍♀️
