they were ok, it wasn't that great, but it wasn't bad either, I didn't do much in my teen years

I had a good teen life. I worked summers and some during the school year but I had lots of time for fun. Of course it was then that I got into girls, literally and figuratively. Of course I got my first car at 15. Yep, it was a good time.

My teen years were good. Good friends. Active and successful in athletics. Steady girlfriend and lots of girl "friends." Hard summer job that left time for fishing after work. No problem with studies.

A lot of it is just luck. I had a great time in some ways because of the schools I went to, the teachers I had, the friends I met. On the other hand I was far too shy to approach the opposite sex even though there were several girls I rather fancied, so I have always felt that I missed out in that respect.
So don't feel too bad about it. You have plenty of time to make up for it. Just be open to new experiences and grab chances when they arise. Out of two moderately safe options always choose the one that pushes your boundaries.

I didn’t really get to enjoy my teens years. I wasn’t allowed to go or do anything.
But at least I had a gf I could text and saw at school

My teen years were pretty crazy. I moved into my then-boyfriend's home when I was 15, both his parents were alcoholics and didn't care what we did or where we were. We spent a lot of time drinking, smoking pot, walking around in the streets, and stealing and tuning scooters. Somehow it was a beautiful time in my life, even if it doesn't sound like it.

At 13, I crash-landed on Earth and I was forced to live among you.

Ehhhh I think the teen years are swell for people who are comfortable with the mainstream of wherever they are. For everyone else, it’s miserable. 🤔
