How would a teenage boy realistically react if their hot teacher was in love with them?

Honestly, if it was me at that age I would have been insanely turned on but also scared and confused. I don't think romance or sex would have happened.

These days, there is a lot more awareness of power dynamics and abuse even among teenagers, so it is very possible the kid would resist and even report the teacher, even if she was really hot.
