It has, as it’s always been, my escape from destructive thoughts and feel a comfortable, tolerable, much needed sense of connection place.

There's people here who can help make it so, but overall, it's not a good fit for me. Will be deleting all my posts before the 72 hour wait till I can not come here through slavish addiction and begin a truly solitary 5th Act of my Shakespearean comedy of errors.

I wouldn't say that it is now, because the type of engagement you get here depends heavily on what you talk about. You can talk about something that seems completely innocent to you, but triggers negative responses from others. In that sense I feel that SW is very limiting; it can't really be used as a personal journal, or blog in which you write about your thoughts on various topics. I think the most peaceful way to be here is to post photographs, memes, and talk about hobbies like video games, books, art, etc. That's not necessarily a bad thing, but having to be so careful makes the whole experience a little tense in my opinion.

I come here to talk to friends mostly and post stuff every now and again. It’s ok- I enjoy it at times but I don’t spend a lot of time here. I often feel like it’s nothing more than a cheap hook up place that gives me the ick. However every now and again I’ll find someone who is half decent to talk to. I have been here since day one and I will probably always visit. I wouldn’t call it a happy place - I have more important things to do and I feel that being chronically online eats into real life things which is way more enriching and authentic than a looking fake profiles, attention seeking and arguments. Disclaimer I am not immune to any of those things. Just aware of them. So NO not my happy place - I would have to be really sad to call it that.
