I do my own nails, just regular nail polish as I can't have long nails because of my job.

@PatientlyWaiting25 I'm go8ng to try the Russian nails salons because they're supposedly really good but if that doesn't work out I'm just gonna learn to do my own

@Houdini aromatherapy is the use of 'essential oils' they are highly concentrated extracts from plants and because essential oils contain multiple volatile compounds, they have various therapeutic qualities. They can be used in many ways but mostly I add them to carrier oils for use during massage.
