If SW was having SW members volunteer as mods, would you volunteer?

With a bit of training, in an instant. I wouldn't want to be part of a team where everyone just follows their own opinion and feeling though. Consistency is key in moderation and I wouldn't want to be part of a system where users are being treated differently depending on who handles their case.
